HARBOUR ISLAND | COA in Ocean City, MD

Harbour Island is a gated community of townhouses and mid-rise condo buildings on the bayside of 14th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. Amenities include tennis courts, swimming pool, boat slips, tot lot, real estate office, fuel dock, boardwalk, and the Reel Inn Restaurant and Dock Bar. The community is home of the White Marlin Open fishing tournament held the first full week of August each year.

BUILDING H UPDATE:
February 14: There is some work to be done on the building downspouts.
January 27: Owners in Building H may not nail items to the new siding. That means decorative items hanging from the siding. The goal is to prevent water penetration behind the siding and to honor the warranty. The same instructions were given to Buildings C and L after new siding was installed.

BUILDING M UPDATE:

April 17:
As of today the 2nd floor is complete and can be walked on tomorrow. The end balconies and bayside balconies 401-404 will be done today walkable on Friday. Bayside 104 balcony will still need to be completed and that will happen next week. The 3rd and 4th floor will begin next week starting with Monday on 3rd floor. There will be prep work being done on the 4th floor Thursday and Friday this week but it will be accessible to every one while the work is being done. Next report on Monday. In addition, the North tower stairwell is also being completed this week. Please use the elevator or the south tower stairwell this week.
